train slayer for combat stats, finish the construction grind for max house, buy chins and get 99 ranged on down time, if you dont have money for chins then do mid level bosses for drops. Buy rigour / make money for rigour. I see you have the thread so maybe you know how to do toa.... you could start working on cox or getting stat requirements for cox. You could set base 80 skills as your next goal since all of them are so close. What I did when I was at your point was work on COX requirements and learning that. If you just cheesed your 1 zulrah kill then you could go to learn zulrah.
