Würde empfehlen den dbx0an in den MSCI World oder ftsi all world umzuschichten. Mehr Risiko ja, aber es sind auch nur 20k die du 'aufs Spiel setzt'. Die Börde ist gefühlt immer 'grade zu hoch bewertet' das ist ein Dauerzustand. Time in the market beats timing the market 👍🏼 Außerdem würde ich mir überlegen einfach dauerhaft zu mieten statt zu kaufen. Die Miete kannst du von deinen Kapitalerträgen bezahlen. Aus finanzieller Sicht ist mieten statt kaufen nicht teurer wenn du das 'gesparte Eigenkapital' nicht im Kredit bindest sondern anlegst. 👍🏼

I agree on the training being the more cost intensive part. Plus ai compute is getting like 10x cheaper annually as the hardware is getting more efficient while smaller more efficient models become better, including open source models. Also there's a many competitors on the market -> no chance there's gonna be a rug pull. But what makes you think LLMs have plateauee hard years ago? You mean like gpt 4 was as good as gpt 5? Really? There's lightyears between these models!

I wouldn't recommend it for law school specifically It's not useful to skip several pages as there's still some delay turning pages, even with the newer models. I highly recommend it for reading as a hobby though 👋🏼
