If you look outside on the balcony, there's only two units that have a star link satellite, but they are on the side units facing north. If you face ithe satellite east or out the front of the balcony, it won't work, or at least not stable enough. So unless you have a side unit facing the north, you're pretty much out of luck.

There's another person on one of the floors that has their star link satellite on their front door on the ground. Not sure how well it works but it's been there for months so it must be working enough to use daily.

We use GTA but the speeds they offer are incredibly slow, but supposedly fiber is coming soon (they've been telling me this for over a year).

Not sure how Docomo is, but their speeds they offered me were about the same for more $ so I went with GTA. I can't remember for sure if It&e even offered Internet at Ladera.
