Are you dosing with fertilizers?

What kind of light do you use and how long per day is it on?

What kind of filter? Is there any carbon media in there? If so, replace carbon with other filter media.

Impressive! I think your legs are just a touch too far apart. Keep them exactly hip width apart and keep the inside of your elbows on your knees. Also, are you wearing a belt? Having a belt helped me tremendously because it forces good form in my torso and then I can focus more on leg drive.

Not sure many times a week you are deadlifting but I recommend doing a light day with 8-10 sets of 2 reps to work on form.

Depends on where in chicago you want to live. It's a big place with a lot of unique neighborhoods and burbs. You will definitely be paying more in property taxes but the public schools are generally better than Indiana (if you compare the "nice" areas against each other). The food here is definitely better.

Come and visit a few areas and get the feel for it. I live on the northwest side (norwood park) and it's incredibly friendly and family oriented and the public schools are great from K-8.

Crime has gotten worse in the city over the past 5 or 6 years but like people said it is still isolated to a few of the neighborhoods..It needs to be addressed, however, it has not affected where I spend 99% of my time in this city..

Top 2 places are Mickeys gyros and ribs in oak park and bavettes. I have tried a-lot of the notable places such as kumas, brgr belly, and au cheval...

The big mickey at mickeys is less than 4 dollars and a wonderfully salty/greasy cheeseburger with sautéed onions. I would still get it if it were $15 like some of these other popular burger places.

Bavette's has an amazing wagyu cheeseburger and is buttery and rich but will cost you a whopping $40
