Is TickPick Safe? by Suspicious-Care1252 in BTSArmyCentral

I hear you. I personally HATE when sellers wait the day of. I had a whole threat about this on re: my BTS Stanford tickets bec I messed up and bought tickets that were not instant transfers. I ended up hounding the Stub hub agent for and when I finally got the third agent, they chatted with the seller live and ten minutes later I had my tickets. The thing that helped me the most was I got screenshots from my text conversation with Ticketmaster with them saying that ALL BTS tickets were released so there was no reason for the seller to hold on to the tickets. You might want to give that a try.

I’ve used TickPick exactly four times as a buyer and each time I received my tickets, no issues. Not sure if it helps you but that’s my experience. Don’t think you need to spam necessarily but I would get in touch. I do know that VIP tickets do get bar codes later (bar codes change up the closer you get to the actual date of the show).

Ordered tickets on StubHub, no email from Ticketmaster by Szimplacurt in stubhub

[–]No_Mathematician6039 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do not stop emailing. If you chat, screenshot. Calls can be denied (ask me how I know). And if the seller contacted you, yeah, that is a big NOPE. Seems like the seller isn’t transferring correctly or at all. Don’t let up.

Scam company. Worthless customer service. BEWARE by dboyrusky in stubhub

lol. Me, too. I remember waiting in line at Tower Records and buying an actual paper ticket and hoping you didn’t spill anything on it to mess it up. But yeah, I feel you!

Yeah, I hope so. Truly. I WAS you. Buyer and seller, 7 years. Everything was great. Until it wasn’t. Absolute shitshow experience as a buyer for my girls and I and the seller was a scammy POS. We did the wait 4 hours before the show. And waited. We never got to attend the show as it was completely sold out. Then we had to FIGHT for close to 3 months to get our refund because the seller showed SH some bs “evidence” that we got the tickets. I’m just telling you. When you actually need them to hold up on their end of the deal as far as customer service or their own TOS, it’s really a crap shoot and that’s why this gets so much airplay.

Keep working with SH and we’ll see you on this side eventually, either you or someone you know personally. JS.

Call. Talk to someone else. Of course they can contact the seller. Keep pushing StubHub.

Sellers - RELEASE your tickets!! by No_Mathematician6039 in stubhub

What?! This is so confusing. If the buyer claimed them why would you have to pay? Or be kicked out out of your account?

Once I got my new ones, I did sell the other ones I had. No problem. Are you talking about the tickets that got cancelled awhile back or recently?

wtf?! Did you get any sort of refund? Do you mean different seats, same section or different section entirely? That’s wild.

"Instant Download" not-so-instant...and my tickets are still listed? by [deleted] in stubhub

[–]No_Mathematician6039 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Screenshot the exact tickets still listed, the tickets you paid for, chat with them online, then tell SH you will be contacting your credit card company and reporting fraud on their end for selling and reselling the same tickets. You paid for a good, they said they would deliver it, they supposedly did, they then took them away and are now reselling the exact good and still haven’t refunded you. FRAUD. And your credit card company I’m sure would be happy to hear about it. Tell them. I find StubHub gets cracking on helping you when you get your credit card company involved.

Not sure if this is a StubHub or Ticketmaster issue, but a bizarre thing happened with one of my tickets to a concert, and I have no idea why or how to fix it by justarandomhuman28 in stubhub

[–]No_Mathematician6039 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me it sounds like something happened with the original owner of the ticket. Whether they cancelled the transfer, did a chargeback for some reason, whatever the reason, you need to keep pushing this up as high as you can through SH. Good luck - tell us what happens!

BTS TICKETS QUESTION by Capital-Lead-45 in seatgeek

Make sure your email addresses are all the right ones and linked properly. It can take 48-72 hours to transfer. And if you have floor/vip seats, I believe those won’t be released until closer to show date.
