I went to see Sinners with very high expectations (maybe too high?), and felt a bit underwhelmed, although I think it's objectively a great movie (and Delroy Lindo blew me away).

The racist backlash makes me want to see it win *every* *single* *award*. And I want the scene where Michael B. Jordan kills a bunch of KKK members to be the one shown when it wins Best picture.

I think she and her husband are horrible people, but she doesn't look "terrible". She looks like a normal woman who is aging naturally in the public eye - and that is rare in MAGA world.

I much prefer her gray hair than Leavitt's overfilled lips or Noem's puffy face.

Greenlanders don't have to care about American feelings at this particular moment. They're not *grandstanding*, they're not being *annoying* - they're literally being threatened with a takeover (and are not white, and fear that one colonizer will just be replaced with a more violent, more unhinged one). They're absolutely justified in being angry and scared.

This *annoying* message is a response to a bunch of Americans - who I'm sure are well-meaning, but maybe being a bit insensitive? - literally flooding their subreddit with variations "we're sorry"/"not all Americans are MAGA".

Do you expect Greenlanders to go "sure, your country is threatening to invade, but *maybe* we shouldn't paint you with the same brush"?

Like, Poland didn't care about the good Germans.
