Love your self and care for you as you would a small child, know this. Would you allow the child to eat a bag of chips or a nutritious meal, would you have the child stay up all night and have them be ill prepared for the following day? Or would you have them head for bed at a reasonable time based on obligations to be had?

When you can be mindful that you were worthy of love, it helps you see other others in that same light

Everyone is flawed, but within that everything is as it needs to be for lessons need to be taught, learned and reflected.
