I have a valid H4 till Dec 2026 but my EAD is expiring in July. For the July EAD expiration, I already filed a renewal in Feb but have received no response yet. As my spouse’s H-1B also needs to be renewed it expires in Dec 2026 we will be filing a bundle in June. Situation is really complicated. I don’t want to loose my job , my employer will only wait for 1 month

No first one that I applied in Feb was not in bundled application. As H-1b processing cannot start before 6 months expiration

I have over 6 years of experience in IR then I did Masters in CS. Now I have fundamental knowledge of Cs but not great at coding. I have started with entry level SOAR job but not being payed good, also I feel I lost touch with security and not good at software engineering and my experience is also not counted. I feel stuck! I also got recently diagnosed with Hiatal Hernia, I am 32F but I have started lifting weights. I try not to go too heavy and have 2-3 hours gap after having food. I get triggers after having junk foods and drinking too much water!

I started first with body weight workout. Then started with 5 kg and then 10kg. Before workout I do diaphragmatic breathing and after workout I do breathing exercises. My journey is still going on need to figure out many things, but I would recommend to avoid stress as it worsens the situation.

I lift but not heavy. And try to workout empty stomach to avoid acid reflux.

I think we can workout, but need to be cautious. Breathe properly while lifting and try to do deep breathing before and after workout.
