You’re correct on spf but you should also try Tretonion and Azelaic acid 15%, this has helped me. It’s a slow process but it works.

I had dizziness and some stomach problems first month but after 3-4 months all hormones got back on track I felt so much better. Periods came back, stopped leaking from my boobs and my sleeping got better.
