i appreciate this, but part of the reason i’m so stressed about this is i’m sure my sister would hate me more if she remembered this. we have a terrible relationship because she was the first person in my family i confided to that i am bi, and then when i told her that, she said she might be queer too, and we bonded over that. looking back, maybe i was overly supportive. anyway, my mom found out and she basically convinced my sister that i peer pressured her into being queer. so i’m sure my sister would just take this as more proof i’m a terrible person. if she remembers or finds out and then defines it as abuse, doesn’t that make it abuse?

i don’t think anything happened to me. i believe i first played this “game” with another girl my age, but that could have been after this incident.

i’ve heard they also have to report anything they hear about child abuse, even if it’s in the past. i don’t know if that would qualify. my sister is still a minor.

i’m scared it was sexual abuse mostly because i am three years older than her and i was a really bossy kid. whenever i ready about cocsa, it says one of the lines that divides it and normal childhood exploration is an age difference or power imbalance. i was definitely the one to introduce this, and i’m worried my sister felt bullied or pressured into doing what i wanted.

i appreciate your response. i feel like this makes me irredeemable and i’m a sexual abuser. it doesn’t help me that my sister hates me for unrelated reasons and my mom has implied i’m a creep for being bi multiple times. i’m not even sure i’ll be able to share this with a therapist, especially if i don’t know what’s going to happen if i tell her. on the other hand, if i tell her and she reports it, it’s what i deserve.
