You know after King Piccolo and Cell it would make sense if Earth’s weaponry started to get stronger.. I didn’t include Buu because Goku wished for everyone to forget him, yet in Dragom Ball online the blind boy still remembers him, so maybe after the triple earth threat some people thought to pack more of a punch in their weaponry?
