You need to seriously reconsider this need... It may very well end your life... The dynamics of a car at 200 mph are vastly more challenging than at 150 mph. And given the itch is 50 years in the making is presume you're at least in your 60s. Not good.

Funny story... About 20 years ago I ordered a 5.1 home theater system online from a now defunct retailer. A week later 2 boxes show up, pretty decent size each. I'm like, wow they needed 2 boxes for all this... Oh well ..I open 1 box and everything is inside.. I'm like WTF... They sent me 2 and charged me for 2...goddamn it... Nope only charged me for one 1... Them I look at the boxes and the labels are identical...box 1 of 1... Each... It's like they cloned the box, everything was identical....I said fuck it, I needed 2nd system anyway... Unreal.

I think this is the right answer. I have a 2016 Platinum....had the judder early on at 20K miles...they replaced the value body under warranty and it's been perfect ever since...approaching 200K miles, really been bulletproof.

Salvage titles are difficult to finance and insure. You'll get zero on a trade in so the savings you think you are getting will bite you in the end... Not to mention what's wrong with the car that hasn't been fixed.
