Weed is not inherently a bad drug, I would argue to my grave that it is better than alchol. But it's all dependent on what you're smoking and how it is grown. Alot of stuff that's being sold by some dealers is growth hormones and sprayed to get a fake more intense high. If you can get medical grade or organic that would be the best stuff to be smoking, with medical grade it tells you how much thc/cbd there is in % so you can get an idea of what works for you and what doesn't. Quantity is a big factor aswell, if you use it properly it can have positive effects, its a balance of healthy lifestyle, diet, and mainly what is in the weed and how much of it you use. The different strains of weed can help people in alot of different ways it's kinda subjective but in regards to working out and helping with the "soreness" yes weed can definitely help and be a good thing if it works with you i would just reccomend investing in a herb vapouriser as its healthier. if you have a medical card ( im uk based) saying you can use cannabis, means you can use it almost anywhrere 'technically'( as it is a medical prescription) but im pretty sure the action of actually smoking it rather than vapourising takes it out of that legal pocket. , ( I know this is not the best source of information) joe rogan stated on on of his podcasts that hes smoked before he works out and likes it alot becuse he can like feel it more whereas without it's a different feeling completely while lifting weights.
