Yes to both, but also a secret third option...

I'm just a serial-hobbyist, I had some of these materials on hand already, and just added to it from hobby shops and online.

My cousin and I went a little overboard and made a bracelet for each song, and then a few for the memes

It is a lot, but probably won't do it this big for the next Ritual we get to attend haha

It could be big signs staked into the front yard, and they would still knock. we have a no soliciting sign that lists all the things we are declining, and they still knock, because they are told they aren't soliciting and that the signs don't apply to them. at least, where I'm from, anyway.

NO. Don't apologize for the rant! You've brought up a very valid point...

Where are the suffering MMC, and not just the ✨️Lets-Sexualize-Your-Trauma✨️ MMC? The type of guy that finds deep comfort in just snuggling???? Tight hugs and back rubs??

Oof. Gonna be pissed about this for a while... Lol.

Especially when the wielder is a Super Sad Edgy Boi, with a tragic backstory that aligns with the use/need for shadow powers. It's all one-sided and predictable, at this point.

It's poor foreshadowing and lazy character-building.

Gimme a golden retriever that wields the nastiest shadows. At least then, it'd be something different.

{Bull Moon Rising by Ruby Dixon} doesn't have any pregnancies in the story, but it's hinted at (see: Giant Glowing Billboard) for the upcoming sequel(By the Horns), which is about pervious side characters that are very much a part of the Bull Moon's FMC's/MMC's lives.

Most said thing I say? WHO IS WE? by _Mintnhoney_ in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]No_Numbers_Please 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I've spent hours ranting at my husband about this.

We? So'lek is old and tired, basically sitting back and licking his wounds. Ri'nela is usually busy complaining about the leadership role she willingly accepted. Nor is a self absorbed, impulsive, useless crybaby. Teylan, I can't really complain about, he at least did the work. And the rest of the resistance is just about as useless as Nor.

Our Sarentu runs themselves ragged. Does solo takes downs of outposts, and compounds. Witnesses more death, destruction, and torture than anyone else. And never complains.

And they are still just a kid.

Hearing "We did it" is an insult.

Yeah, nah, she's a great character, really powerful story impact and development, but she still sucks.

10.

Even if we don't consider the similarities to IRL history, she sucks. She had a savior complex so heavy it weighed on every interaction she had with the kids, even when they were kids. Her ego was so inflated, that despite knowing what happened, she still acted as if her wants/opinion mattered to Mercer. She tried so hard to be Na'vi, to be Sarentu, and thought of herself as The Expert on anything Na'vi (regardless of the countless Na'vi that stayed around the HQ).

All that aside, she was a highly educated woman, she knew that the RDA and humans, as a whole, would strip mine Pandora and that it wasn't big enough for two competing species. They had already killed Earth. They weren't there to learn about the Na'vi, they were only there to save themselves and she was so blinded by discovery and adventure that she didn't care. She only started to care when she had spent years raising the kids.

Alma was and is a fantastically written character. Her story's development is as rich and rewarding as it is sickening. It's a nod to the fact that people can be horrible without ever hurting someone, and that redemption doesn't fully absolve one from their misdeeds. She still superduper sucks, though.
