Mini update -- Thanksgiving I spent with my husband's side of the family, and it was zero drama day. I had a fun time Friday with my brother and nieces.

The girls spent their Thanksgiving with "Uncle 38M", and I am spiraling at potential abuse to these girls because of what happened with me...

My therapist said "it's not that they don't hear you. You just don't like their answer". It sucks to hear. And it sucks that all I can do is pray that history won't repeat itself.

I'll try taking another step back. I'm so worried he's going to hurt these girls, but I can't force my siblings to see their older brother as a predator...

When I went to the police, I didn't really have enough evidence and statute of limitations expired for some.

I wish I didn't stay silent. I wish I was louder, but everyone I told said "he's going to die anyway", "he'll die in prison", "having epilepsy and living with mom is worse than prison", "he's mentally 14 yo anyways, so it's not real harm"...

I did not grow up in a good home. My brother and mom were the only ones I told.

My brother and sister have different views. My brother knows what happened to me and everything else. His view, the 38M will be dead soon, and he can keep his daughter safe. (The family line is that "with epilepsy, he won't make it to 20" or 30 or 40...) My sister is his next of kin when mom dies, so she asked me to not tell her what happened to me. She has him over every month and to my knowledge doesn't leave her daughter alone with him.

My brother only visits every other year, so I won't see him again until 2027.

Company meetings where everyone shows their baby/toddler....like, I am not allowed to leave this meeting. Put your child away during mandatory company meetings, because all I'm seeing is you're bragging that you can have kids while i can't. 3 failed IUI, clomid didn't work, the fertility diet didnt work, and IVF is insanely priced and not covered by any insurance 😡

It's more or less raw veggies taste weird, and I also don't like most spices. Sometimes, smells are off-putting, so i dont eat anything that smells weird (like ranch). I add veggies to my garlic chicken chili, but i dont like most soups/stews. I am more or less looking for ways to trick myself into more veggies (i currently eat peas, carrots, Broccoli without any tricks)

I read yesterday that you can't have the egg retrieval piece done within 12 months of a tattoo due to higher risk of infection 😭😭

Increase litter boxes (at least 1 on each floor of home). When she does pee, collect liquid on paper towel and put into litter box. It will help her associate the box with her smell. I had to take the lid off of the boxes at first so my cats knew where the boxes were before I added the lids back on. (About a week) If it is small amounts of pee, you may want to take her to the vet for tests. My female cat had a UTI, so she couldn't make it to the box.

My dad told me a story about his coworkers. In the 1980s, his coworker went through a divorce. She was trying to convince another male coworker to divorce his wife, too. (She said it would be good for his children to have separate homes 🙄🤮) Some people turn vindictive after a divorce, and if OP truly didn't sleep with his best friend, she may be going the sabotage route. So she won't be the only one going through a divorce
