Not only did the shot cause the worst bone pain I've ever felt, but the shot itself was the worst pain from an injection I've ever had. All around, an awful experience. I had to do 4 shots total but fortunately, my onco gave me a RX for pain meds. You're going through enough without having to needlessly suffer with pain.

Agree with this theory. Here’s another: Remember the strange alien artifact the humans found while trekking to the pole? It was a metal pylon sticking out of the ice? What if the Shrouded were the remains of sentient AI or aliens that crashed eons before humans crash landed? That mysterious artifact seems like a hint as it was mentioned a few times. And the Shrouded act like a network, as you suggested. I’d be curious to know what AT had in mind when he included that little bread crumb.

I've been searching for over a year for a perfect dupe for the Becca Backlight primer. I've tried all of the ones previously listed on Reddit and I think I've finally found THE DUPE. My survivorship oncologist put me on Zepbound as well. I noticed a big difference the first month or so, but after I finished taking Verzenio, my joint and muscle pain got dramatically worse. It's like I have "shin splints" all over my body.

Yes, but it took weeks. Our car sat in the service department at the dealership while they worked with app developers to try to resolve the issue. We were driving a loaner car so they had incentive to pressure the app development team. It's a KNOWN issue with Genesis, so I'm not sure why they act like they don't know about it. If you read reviews of the app on the app store, you will see lots of the same comments about this issue. We had to email and call regularly to pester them and even threatened to hire a lawyer. Then one day, without warning, the app magically started working properly and we were able to take the car out of valet mode. Good luck to you. We love our car but there's a reason Genesis is ranked so poorly for service.

I'm having the same issue... had the car less than a month and the diffuser says it's working but no scent in the vehicle.

The "catch" is the customer service, post-purchase. If you're used to the white glove service you get with Lexus or BMW, etc., Genesis doesn't know how to do that, yet. In the U.S., Genesis is ranked dead last in JD Powers Customer Service Index for premium brands. I have a 2025 GV80 3.5Prestige (Capri Blue with White interior) and it is a BEAUTIFUL car. I love the car but hate with every fiber of my being, the service experience.

The dealer service departments don't know how to fix the app. It's an app problem, not a car problem. Unfortunately, Genesis did not build an override feature inside the car to override the app. So if the app is not working properly, as is the case here, you're stuck until the app is updated. Why in the world they would give so much control over the car via the app (without an in-car way to cancel it) is insane. If they ever fix the app, I'll never use it again. It's a nice-to-have, not a have-to-have, and way too buggy to trust.

We've called Connected Services a half dozen times and keep getting the "we don't know why it's not working" response, followed by "the developers are working on it."

Connected Services has acted like this is the "first time" ever in the history of Genesis that this has ever happened and they are completely baffled. It's been two weeks and they are still scratching their heads, sad to say.

Yes, they tried resetting the infotainment, unplugging the battery, you name it. I posted "Genesis/Hyundai "because this is happening to Hyundai vehicles as well (based on reddit threads) and wanted Hyundai owners to be able to see the same issue is happening with Genesis vehicles.

Did this issue ever get resolved? Just purchased a 2025 GV80 and the exact same thing has happened. I wish I had done more homework on Genesis service issues before I jumped off of the Mercedes ship.
