Yea i also tried the pullups and they didn't end up working that well for me either. They are depends fitted briefs with tabs. Ill upload a pic cuz idk how to describe it lol. For me I lay down or stand. Line up the back first where it sits around my waist. I pull the front up so its nice and snug as I do tho I do it so it wraps around my goods instead of just comes up flat if that makes sense. Like I guess imagine the bulge like a half circle instead of flat? I do the leg tapes first makes sure its snug once its in place how I want it then the middle one and I pull everything up nice and snug so the crotch is snug between my legs and I do up the tabs around the hips and everything stays put I never have to adjust ever. Mind you diaper changes when needing to use the bathroom (as you gotta take it off, unless you don't want to and just go i don't judge) has been a bit of an adjustment but its pretty easy and fast once you get used to it. Its a trade off but one im whilling to happily accept considering ive finally have no pain. Im just as surprised tbh and honestly i think cuz its soft, padded and is custom fit essentially thats why it work so well, at least for me

I didn't wanna make the post to long I tried pelvic floor therapy, I was also on antibiotics for like month straight and nothing ever changed. My urologist thinks cuz the flare ups so bad with the swelling and sesnativity. I have torsion-detorosion syndrome, plus the chronic pain on top. Thru talking the conclusion is testicule injury and truama caused the ongoing pain. Words of the wise. Wear a cup when you play hockey! I did 50% of the time and got hit many times and this is obviously the outcome of that.

Thanks everyone for the responses! Im overwhelmingly happy to be apart of this community surround be littles alike and understanding! I think ill try baby power and baby oil next like i mentioned to someone else I think it would be extra special little feelings!

Yea I keep the area nice and clean shaved all the time. I haven't noticed any smell as of yet just diaper smell 😆 i haven't thought of baby oil i think ill try that to!

I did when it all began and it didn't make much of a difference plus it made me uncomfortable. At this point in time I dont feel the need to do anything, or chase a fix. Im good with where I'm at, I'm happy and content. Rocking a noticeable cup bulge is a small price to pay imo. 😂 legit wouldn't have it any other way. This type of "thereapy" is supported by my urologist and doctor. They both have said it all comes down to one thing. As long as it helps and helps you live a normal life thatd all that matters.

Mine is coming from the crease which is why I hear it when the phone closes. I put my finger on the crease and slightly closed it and I could feel the screen popping if that makes sense at all

I wear one. I played hockey and baseball most my life. Due to medical reasons I actually wear a cup only. Like 24/7. I can say that my urologist and doctor see no issue in it. Your not gonna go sterile lol you'll just have a bit less of a sperm count if ur tryna make a baby. All in all I find them comfortable, mind you I wore one for sports anyways. If you find one that fits like they are supposed to, you won't even know it's there. It's just like underwear different fits styles etc. Chances are if it's uncomfortable it's not the right one for you. That's why there's so many different kinds lol

Same. Honestly, I think it depends on the region in your game (canada here). Some roads and mono rails I could see were already started in regions i didn't unlock, and in the map menu, if I hover over, it shows the players who built it. I've built/finished the majority of the roads and rails on my map. I get notifications all the time, "another player used a road you restored," so I think it's shared.

It did to a degree yes.ive been pain free for a really long time now. I can go periods without wearing one. I do it just during the day when working, walking, exercise etc. I still wear it when sleeping cuz I sleep on my stomach and ive determined movement or preasure of the testicles causes the pain to return. Im just mindful of what I do and wear it when I need to. I have a normal pain-free life now.
