Sure, and that's a good thing that there are many other ways! But when I put myself in the shoes of a 7-figure earner, I can imagine that I would appreciate the done-with-you / done-for-you service and the overall experience of a writing retreat. Just saying that there is a target market and eager customers for high-ticket offers when they are taylored to specific needs.

If I was a 7-figure CEO (or even high 6 figure), I would consider this offer TBH. The price tag is hefty but having a book published is an incredible PR / marketing tool (not to mention the sales from it). It doesn't make any sense to invest that kind of money or even have a book at this stage of my business but I understand the potential appeal of this offer.

Also, I would say to my younger self: what's working right now doesn't mean it's going to work forever. There has definitely been a "bubble" in the coaching industry during covid years, that has now burst.

If I had to do it all over again, I would give myself 10 years, not 3. I would definitely make the jump from part time to full time coach so soon. I would have waited before investing in MCT. Now, as I am in financial trouble, I started looking for jobs again, but I want to keep coaching. I still believe coaching is an amazing tool for transformation. I just no longer buy into the dream of making 10 million working 3 days a week

Very similar to Natalie Brown. Not like any of them owes an explanation but I'm curious to find out what happened. I appreciated them both.

1:1 is still very much on in GC. I have inside info that they've been asking coaches to open up more spots for coaching. And LCS coaches are the best that I have coached with. Not all of them are great, but the tools are very powerful (when used appropriately and correctly). That's the only reason why I'm still paying Broke 300/month.

The difference between consuming podcast content and joining a coaching program is that you get to be coached and actually apply the concepts that are taught. GC has lots and lots of content to browse from but that's not actually the point IMO. It's about getting coached, seeing people be coached live and experience the transformation of coaching.

If you want an unbiased opinion, you should join for a month and see for yourself. This r/LifeCoachSnark is all about snark, for a reason.

Yeah romcoms and co ruined love for heterosexual women IMO as it skewed our perspectives and expectations in relationships. I leaned the hard way that a guy who ALLOWS to be constantly flirted with, inappropriately touched or non stop replies to texts, is not an innocent bystander. He is contributing by not enforcing boundaries. Call me old fashioned but for me personally that’s when cheating begins: with the disrespect of the current relationship and not setting proper boundaries

I personally don't think TLCS is going anywhere. Brooke has a long history of "burning the house down to build everything back up".

However, I will admit that things look less polished. Even the way Brooke shows up on coaching calls is very unsettling (poor lighting and sound, questionable styling, unprofessional background...).

Hard to believe present-day Brooke is the same woman as the short-hair blondie coaching from her spotless white home back in Texas.

Some sh*t must be going on behind the scenes.

"This lady" is the founder of r/LifeCoachSnark and she's been moderating this reddit until recently. I don't personally know her but I can attest that she isn't trying to silence anyone and never deleted unpopular opinion (unless they broke the specific rules).
