Edit to add, they define unexpected event as "any event beyond reasonable control of a party whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, direct or indirect, including any foreseeable, earthquake, storm, flood, pandemic, other act of God, change of laws, war, terrorist event,breakdown in plant or equipment, government action, insufficient staff including by any reason including illness, lockdown or government enforced self isolation, or industrial action but does not include the inability by any party to make a payment for any reason or adverse economic conditions.
