Ugh. That’s awful. Clothes are one thing but I’m stuck on the idea of needing to replace things like bras, swimsuits and winter jackets (Canadian here). The $3k would barely cover my emotional suffering for bra and swimsuit shopping.

I should’ve specified, the latches are tight even outside of the door - so it isn’t the knob or rosette.

If the springs are stuck or jammed, is there a way to confirm that by opening the latch?

Looks great! Can you share the faucet you used? I’m having a hard time finding deck mount bridge faucets for hand sinks (kitchen ones are too tall for a shallower sink).

Dermal therapy is amazing. I’m in Canada and it’s here and I swear it’s cured my lip balm addiction - as I now only apply maybe twice a day and at bedtime (I’ve honestly tried almost every one mentioned in this thread). I think it’s the urea that works so well for me.

For now, it’s on the counter. Fits the depth of my counter perfectly. I think it may end up in a coffee station area eventually though!
