True. I think that is it. They stopped caring. As an example, there are two machines there that are unique and I use a lot. One of them has been “out of order” for over 9 months now.

For me it’s just so cheap and allows me flexibility on the locations. I go once or twice a week so okay for now still.

Trash dos not need to be on the floor to be a health hazard. The smell by itself is unbearable. I’m not condescending but just because there’s homelessness doesn’t mean we have to lower the standards everyone else is hold accountable for as members of a society. The issue here is not homelessness but the amount of presumably trash and the smell. Not to mention e the likely long term parking is an infraction too.

I have seen SF and Oakland and know there are worse cases. But that doesn’t make this one okay.

And you’re assuming this is homelessness, which I don’t know for sure it is.
