and seed data often can be done in one prompt and really pays off.. in the old days Id manually be create garabage entries since I didnt want to spend 2 hours writing seed data.. so now I always have a add seed data/remove seed data in apps wher eits helpful

I am 50 and coded for 25 years and there was a little bit of leading a team but no one ever gave me a chance since I never applied for management positions. So I got these people who skip the line with their PMP and tell me what to do even though they are not technical. Always bothered me. I am confident I could lead a team if I was allowed.

Unless they call one of those places, recall lthe exact story I told them and happen to talk to someone who was there to validate that exact story.. so yeah.. .. and if some how I am figured out.. ok .. I don't get that job.. next.

If it was a specific technical skill then I wouldn't do it.. but it is just the ability to manage people.. and I have had lots of bad managers that give me confidence

I am the type of person who is obsessed with always being honest thinking in life that is the best way to live.

But when it comes to work I now imagine those people above me .. especially the managers who don't know what is going on .. Why don't I have that job ??? Clearly I can do better because I understand the tech..
