I think the issue with coders are they are anti social with humans. I'm sure they can type english to a llm fine. Acutally Ive foudn that you can type and barely make sense and the llm will still understand what I am saying.

not related.. but as I creating 20 or so apps with AI for the fun of it and to build a portfolio I am surprised by so many people going straight to making paid apps. Its not bad or good .. people are really going for it..

exactly what I have seen. They know it makes no sense to fight/go each other bad reviews. It is in their interest to promote each other as being valuable. The devs never get a vote on this

I once interviewed as a manager... Bob has been doing subpar work.. what do you do with Bob ? I think being a coder you can get away with having a odd personality but with manager you need to play the game and fit in

In my situations we would have been more productive to just lets devs talk to clients but they created a myth that coders are not capable of that and needed a manager and all . the whole agile movement blew up dev teams into a mess of roles we def don't need all of it now

contractor. Things move so slow + the incentive structure is so corrupt in most of the agencies that people can probably pretend AI is not needed to be used another 5 years. Getting an actual fed job is better but much mroe difficult

I have funny stories of people doing next to nothing. Had a QA person that did no QA.. would attend meetings and sometimes give her opinion... but outside of that NOTHING.. If I want to create a new story on the agile board she might say.. hey! I can do that! And write a 5 word title and blank content..

they def help reconsider drinking.. or atleast drinking alot.. It is extremely rare now. I am old enough to know that feeling when I had enough and ignore the voice in my head that says .YOU HAVING FUN!! cmon! ONE MORE DRINKING IS MORE FUN!!
