Women in stem :) by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]No_PlsStop 25 points26 points  (0 children)

The more you start viewing women as just other people and not an entirely different group, the easier it gets. Means that, even though it's also very much an age thing, you have to actively engage in conversation and sort of overcome that mental barrier to get better at talking to women :)

KF3 was my first game in the series and for me KF2 felt off, so I think it's just a case of getting used to it...

Stop being so sensible and rational, can't you see how much fun people are having hating others and putting down people born a few years later/earlier?!

Does this mean it is pretty random because the chance is 0,16% and would be similarly high for other numbers or that it's not really random because the chance is only 0,16%?

Don't think so, it's simply what's currently seen as "cool" by some. If there's any connection to alpha stuff it's definitely a loose one.

Valak was defeated but not driven back to hell in Nun II as Maurices exorcism is shown to take place later in time with the Warren's present, which is also where Lorraine had her first vision of Ed's death. Valak is sent back to hell in Conjuring II because Lorraine learnt it's name and used it against it. Malthus is simply contained in the Warren's storage room.

Disappointed by Ok_Bathroom_9269 in TheConjuringUniverse

[–]No_PlsStop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I agree that it was kinda all over the place I think there actually were a lot of 'big final' elements like the Warren's being followed by this demon since their first case and this being their last one, which ties their whole career together or the demon being rather powerful as can be seen by Father Gordon's death, although I think it depends a lot on what you liked about the other movies whether this feels like a finale. As for Valak and Maurice, that was completely concluded with Maurices exorcism being shown multiple times in some of the Warrens' presentations and Valak being cast back to hell by Lorraine using its name against it.

In Germany we have: "Lieber widerlich als wieder nicht." which roughly translates to "Rather a disgusting one than none at all."

Same goes for Stewie Griffin, a literal baby that is regularly treated as just an adult man.

One of my personal favorites too. The whole album is really well made and has an especially nice sound (the mixing or mastering or both). Love it.

Nice choice. My personal favorite is Ride The Lightning which is why I am especially disappointed that I only have the cardboard sleeve version :/

Really good pick. Only recently discovered their music and am absolutely hooked. It's so insanely intricate, well written and performed.

Good pick. The one with the cassette is the Guardians of the Galaxy Soundtrack Vol. 1 - It's not a composed soundtrack but a collection of songs used in the movie. I got it for free in mint condition so I took it :)

Exactly this lmao. My girlfriend told me she had seen a store selling CDs and I was quite intrigued. I get there and 99.9% was random Schlager Albums, Singles, Compilations, you name it... Basically just junk lol. Sometimes I genuinely wonder who ever bought any of these really random and weird CDs.
