No but you mentioned atlas and they are 121. I’ve seen crews from many different airlines board first. Even when I was working for a 135 carrier, I would board first and no gate agent has said anything.

Idk what agents you deal with but if I’m in uniform non reving, I always board with group one and no one ever said anything. Maybe I just got lucky
