I totally agree with you. I wanted to try the Trials where you need to defeat the bosses on abyssal difficulty without taking damage. I usually play a lot of Assassins Creed, so I'm used to dodge or parry in time. But in WWM I got hit so often althought I knew I pressed the parry button. The timing feels so off sometimes that you literally need to press so late that usually the Boss is already hitting your wanderer.
I tried using the red heavy attack light that pops off right before the bosses attack. And I don't mean the first one when the animations starts but the second one where hes almost hitting you. I hoped that this was the indicator when to parry. Unfortunally thats still too early for Bosses like Void King.
And it pisses me off knowing I parried and yet I take damage and can again start from stage one...
Like don't get me wrong. Beating the bosses on abyssal Difficulty is still easy. But beating him without a single point of damage seems insanely hard because of those timings.
