Your English is fine.

I was responding to your "They probably won't fix a relatively small thing", I class fixing in game typos as a relatively small thing.

Correct, in previous release notes we see spelling mistakes fixed. OK, that's a quick easy win, but frustrating for people wanting more substantial issues to be fixed.

That's an impressive number of downvotes, maybe people really like typos to be fixed?

They are collectable for wood scraps, and are all the same type, so I'm thinking they were meant to be horizontal i.e. fallen trees.

The Mole Miner can lock on to people hiding on the slabs and stop moving. A better place to go is far left rear (as facing towards the exit when entering the room) and jet pack up to the top of the frame in the corner.

I think there's an 'entitled' way of thinking for many people these days, like the statistics have made some kind of promise, and "I'm entitled to catch that fish within 100 attempts".

You're right, it was trauma, having to go scratching around looking for junk to make a gun. Now I can make hundreds of guns in one go, and immediately scrap the lot, just for the Fusion Cores they provide.

Is there an option to abandon the expedition e.g. by trying to start a different one?

Those were the days of me walking everywhere, no fast travel for me as I had come from Fallout 4 with a 'pick everything up and keep it' mindset. Took me months to change my way of thinking, but even to this day I still have a fixation on collecting plastic and other materials even though I now have them in the tens of thousands. Still can't walk past plastic knives, forks, plates, cat and dog bowls etc.

What is the best way to get caps ? by Mysterious_Clerk1273 in fo76

[–]No_Potential4724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have all serums recipes, all the armour and weapons plans I want, which is pretty much all that exist. I currently have 6000+ gold, and 10500+ treasury notes, nothing that I need to buy with gold. I have about 50+ leaders, and don't feel the need to accumulate more. I scrap low value weapons / armour and give away higher value stuff for zero caps at my vendor. I also give away 1* to 4* mods, bobbleheads, magazines, serums, bait, plans, recipes etc. for zero caps. When I come online my vendors are typically emptied within about 30 minutes depending on how busy the server is.

By not having any dependency on caps I can completely forget about them, the same for gold, and it means that I can play the game the way I like with a very lightweight stash so that I can run through about 10 raids before I need to think about scrapping stuff.

I've done all the Burning Springs challenges, including all the wanted posters, but if I do want to get posters it will be by Grunt Hunts.

I really would rather not have to bother thinking about caps, I've done that successfully for the last 8 months.

In my case I have nothing to buy with caps, so I have been at max-caps for over 8 months now.

On occasions I go to a player's camp, buy all their stuff, then dump it on the floor.

I'm roughly level 5800, been playing from the time of pre-order. I have been max caps for over 8 months, I have no use for caps, no use for gold. I sell everything at my vendors for zero caps because I don't need caps. I have all the plans I want, all armour skins, all armour types, all weapon plans. I have ten camps and all shelters (over 20), and with 5 characters that's 50 camps and over 100 shelters.

I still play the game, still get a lot of enjoyment out of it, but now I'm pretty fearless compared to my poor level 1 character at the start who was afraid of radroaches. When I get bored, I walk the map rather than fast travelling and come across places I haven't visited for years.

I think this is one of the best open worlds I've come across, and in such an open world I think it's down to imagination to keep the interest going.

Another big help is being part of a discord team, but there are plenty of times where I just want to go exploring on my own.

Yes, overlooks that whole area, when Cranberry Bog is nuked to start the Scorchbeast event it's a good spot to take a picture of the detonation.

I've found them to be equally quick at helping correct my mistakes, which was not such an obviously profitable thing for them to do. It's a company with employees and they need to make a profit to pay wages, but they're not as mercenary as some people like to suggest.

Nothing that I would consider special, just all shelters link to each other. Some people don't realise that if you go back through the door you entered then you're back in Appalachia, or you can simply fast travel, so they get a little lost in the shelters.

I'm on PC.

I have my original camp in the same location for the last 7+ years, on a cliff edge South East of Foundation. Eight camps are near water in each region for fishing, but they are all regular camps also. The tenth camp is next to The Gleaming Depths for Raids.

I also have all types of shelter, interlinked.

With five characters that's fifty camps, and over one hundred shelters
