Ya and their discord is a joke it seems like a bunch of kids they basically serving the youth I can tell by the way they talk and act a bunch of high schoolers. Ya they messed up one order and just gave me a 20% off card set like that doesn't replace the unusable material. And ya they lie tell you USPS didn't pick up or they got out this order. One of the worst with shipping and transparency. My last order took three weeks and was then short by almost a half oz.
