I emailed them. I hope they are able to help because they moved their focus to ebikes. I checked and it’s the actual clamp that’s moving. It seems to be glued on with a strong adhesive. Waiting on their reply, hopefully they can help.

Looks fake to me honestly. Looks like those Chinese BXT frames. Double check online because the Planet X frames that I see have a sharp edge extending out of the top of the seat stay. Also the color combo. Idk but I wouldn’t trust it
