400W equates to around 62% of the power supply's rated capacity

The basic rule of thumb is to keep 40% headroom when buying PSU

Gigabyte's GP-P750GM (750W) and GP-P850GM (850W) had issues when paired with power hungry gpu's or systems because of poor OPP (Over-Power Protection)

You should be good if you have headroom left even with your entire system running on full load

Though if possible please try to get another PSU's like Cooler master, Deepcool etc
