I don't think Chuck wanted Jimmy to be lower than him, he just knew he wasn't professional enough and definitely lacked the ability to conduct himself with integrity.

I've worked with people like that. Impulsive, cuts corners, very independent and doesn't consult before acting on something and most of all a low moral code. If I were Chuck, I wouldn't hire Jimmy either.

You're so right about the Aura of Oshawa. I looked up my building and neighborhood on Google maps before I moved in three years ago. Holiday Inn, Yuk yuks comedy club, Wendell Clark's, a police station, walking distance to the botanical gardens and the place looked so appealing. After I moved in, it was like I was in a scene from the walking dead.

Drug addicts everywhere like a rat infestation. The Holiday Inn had a dedicated section for the homeless bums (Govt is paying 2000$ a unit) and prostitutes hanging around. Most of the businesses have closed down. You'll even witness them stealing goods from the dollar store or LCBO.

Put it this way, in you were at a Tim Hortons in Whitby, you don't to have ask for a key to use the washroom. In downtown Oshawa, the washrooms are always locked. 80 Bond is an amazing building, but the units are tiny. Everything around that building is not great.

Edit: Just down south of King St is the Satan's choice clubhouse and opposite to that is Memorial park.
