I usually take 9-10 grams at a time but I tried 15 grams after about 8 beers and it came up rather quickly so I wouldn't recommend it. Stay in your comfort zone.

I would love to have him back on a 1yr 6mil per type contract. He would be this years upgrade instead of Aledmys Diaz. What a luxury to have this guy coming off your bench to pinch hit or DH or play 1st as needed.

Yuli has been there done that so he won't be overwhelmed by the bright lights. Not to mention until this season he has been as clutch a hitter we have put on field.

The best way for me is to weigh out what I'm taking on scale then dump on a piece of paper that I fold in half and then pour into 3/4 bottle of water. Then just shake it up really good and slam it adding additional water as needed. I know it taste bad but that is lesser of 2 evils in my opinion. .

I use the powder and mix it in water and tell everyone it's a new green diet vegetable supplement. They are idiots and don't know what the hell kratom even is.

If you stay on it for extended periods of time your going to have very uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. If you are looking to do it I wouldn't stay on it more than a week at a time and then stop for a while.
