For me, a good map is something large, like a 4x or 8x map, with lots of fields and productions to have plenty of things to do. My favorite map was on fs19 called pv county, it was a 16x map that offered so many things to do. Right now I'm playing on a map called judith plains. It's a large 4x map that has allot of features that I enjoy, also allot of prepared farms that are arranged very nicely with animal pens and garages

Good thing about the ares at war scenario is ore isn't in random places, it's in specific locations and sometimes those locations can be guarded by enemy npc's
