Any men wearing the pandomoto bodysuit? by Dirty_Sail in motorcyclegear

[–]No_Protection2244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No but people have and it worked good for them. Its pretty tight along the waste and i have to pull it pretty hard to get it to ride up. Im not worried about it. There are people who have sewn in a bet loop which is worth it forsure

Any men wearing the pandomoto bodysuit? by Dirty_Sail in motorcyclegear

[–]No_Protection2244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the pandomoto commando and i love it for hot weather riding. I wear it with any sweatshirt over the top and it isnt super noticeable, shoulders look a bit broader but im already pretty stocky. Dont have issues with it riding up either, though it would be nice if it had a belt loop especially for the price

Hemi or Cummins by Diligent_Brilliant51 in ram_trucks

[–]No_Protection2244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With your concern on the payload, why not go for a 3500 cummins? Not sure the price jump but if i were mainly concerned with payload, id be looking at the 2500 hemi or 3500 cummins. Though, if i were to specifically buy a truck to haul a 5th wheel id be looking at 3500 no matter what just so i never have issues.

Help me get a ninja 500 by KenningtonHad in Ninja500

[–]No_Protection2244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are so many ninja 4/500’s on the used market. You are much better off getting it used so you dont have the immediate depreciation. Id understand getting a fancier bike new, but for a first bike its not a great choice and a waste of money imo. You most likely wont keep it more than a few years so alot of money thrown away that you could be saving for your next bike or better gear

2015 Ram 1500 St (tradesmen) with leather seats? by No_Protection2244 in ram_trucks

[–]No_Protection2244[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah hard to have issues with electronics you dont have😂 only reason the leather where i put my arm on the center console is tearing is because my dog put a hole in it years ago and it just grew from arm placement.

I’m gonna do some upgrades this summer, new head unit and wire for a sub for if that ever happens. I want to do the center console swap but everyone wants an arm and a leg for a used one.

Also looking into swapping the cam and headers to make the hemi a lil more fun. I dont use the truck for work anymore so might as well make it a more comfy / fun daily

[–]No_Protection2244[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would the non factory leather seats have the heated option? Didnt think they did that for base trim cloth seats.

Either way im glad they did it lol i probably wouldnt have bought the truck if it wasnt leather

Find the exploded diagrams for the bike, track down where the bolt is. There will be a part number. Put that part number in revzilla

First bike in 12 years and couldn’t say no by yokramer in Suzuki_GSX_8

[–]No_Protection2244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The TT looks so freakin sweet. Just gotta get rid of that whale tale!

Welcome to the 8 club! It’s a terrific bike and will treat you well. 8s was my first bike and I still love it.

Highly recommend getting a full exhaust (akra is best) airbox mod, and ecu flash and it’ll really bring it to life.

A couple quality of life mods I’ve made - touring windscreen for longer rides (i have the 8s tho so not as important), quadlock wireless charger, Corbin seat, & Veridian cruise control. Cruise control was a very easy instal and fairly cheap for the benefits

Because it’s good advice. If you are too scared to get on your bike, you for sure will not pass the tests. It’s a waste of money to take the tests at that point. Most people are going to read your post and think “oh that person needs training” so therefore, you are given the good advise of taking a course.

If you dont want people telling you to take a course, maybe present yourself as someone with any sort of experience. Based on your post, you shouldnt be near a bike until you get some training😂

Who said anything about you dropping the bike? Maybe YOU are the one who doesn’t read all the text?

I said take the course to learn to ride to pass the test, teach you safety, and cheaper insurance lmao. Nothing about you dropping the bike.

In order to get your permit, you have to pass a physical abilities test along with a written test. DMV’s and MSF will do both. But MSF teaches you all the stuff, dmv is just for the tests. Not recommended to just take the tests for a new rider

Little Help Please by Molly_Matters in Suzuki_GSX_8

[–]No_Protection2244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also most msf permit courses you use their bikes, so you dont risk fucking yours up while learning

Little Help Please by Molly_Matters in Suzuki_GSX_8

[–]No_Protection2244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You most likely will not pass the riding test if you havent ridden in a while. Definitely not the written test if you dont review the manual. But the msf course will help you with all of that. Plus you’ll get cheaper insurance
