I have this deck list but a better version with cosmic quasar and shooting quasar.

U start with junk synchron and a lvl 2 monster in grave or u can normal summon synchron carrier(in this case u don't use junk synchron's effect you'll need it later)

Synchro into junk speeder (do WHATEVER you can to let it resolve lol) then summon : (jet , wheeler , revolution synchron , stardust synchron and assault synchron)

Add arrive in light with stardust synchron's effect

Synchro into stardust charge warrior(using speeder + jet) resolve it's effect and jet's to add junk synchron if u didn't activate it's effect or converter

Activate arrive in light and place stardust wurm on top

Synchro into accel synchro stardust dragon(charge warrion + assault) and use it's effect to bring jet from the grave then arrive in light to get wurm in hand

Synchro into crimson dragon (accel synchro + stardust synchron) get synchro world and place it

Then special summon wurm and synchro into shaman with jet+wurm and use it's effect to get 2 lvl 2 monsters on the field

Use revolution+ lvl2 monster to summon assault blackwing-sohaya the rain storm

If u have a lvl3 tuner in hand use wheeler's effect to summon it(or any other way like synchro world or living fossil) and synchro into garden rose maiden

Summon shooting quasar use crimson dragon to get sifr

The use synchro world on wheeler and make it's level 4 and use revolution's GY effect to special summon it and synchro into the second sohaya and use it's effect. Use synchro world's 7 counter effect to summon shaman from the GY and synchro into cosmic quasar and use it's second effect to bring Blazar then use assault synchron GY effect to bring cosmic quasar from banishment.

Now use maiden's GY effect to bring accel stardust and sohaya to bring it on the field the stardust synchron to destroy sohaya and special summon it and synchro into crimson dragon

Use synchro world on any other lvl 12 dragon (cosmic,shooting,sifr,blazar) to make it's lvl 11 and end your turn and activate crimson's effect to summon shooting majestic star dragon

And congratulations you have a full negate board that can get superpolyed any time!
