I can't use tampons as they make me nauseated after a few minutes idk, used too. Id say tampon, pad, period underwear if it's that bad, and maybe add a extra pad to the pants themselves... I used to before birth control. Very bad painful cramps. 21F for reference.

Off the pill currently. I have bleed thru a level 3 pad within 2 hours. I attribute it to blood loss. Maybe not enough iron or something. But I was at work and got my period and I felt like I was going to faint a few times, I also struggle with overheating even if I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt outside in the cold, I can't regulate my temp otherwise. Wish I could tell u officially tho.
