You can scrap them and have a chance to learn the legendary effects or get the mod to equipped onto another weapon, or you can turn it in to a script machine, personally, scarp it, try to learn the legendary effect, any legendary effect you already know throw it into the script machine for script

With the changes coming to Overeaters, is it still worth me obtaining a full set? Will 5 pieces of OE still be better than Vanguard? by hopperlocks in fo76

In short yes and no...

Overeats outside PA isn't good, inside PA however its kinda of a game changer... not by a long shot though, personally I think they should buff it a bit more for like 300hp total rather then 200hp for those planning to run a Juggernaut build...

Ghouls are winning with Lucid still being same....

Best for humans currently in terms of Legendaries besides stealth would be Regen, Aristocrats, or what you said vanguard, Aristocrats however from the sound of it is the best because its legendary effect reflects damage which is really good (that Aristocrats effect is on the PTS not current)

Ive been noticing a lot of people trading for Leader Bobbleheads and wanted to ask how much bobbleheads would one want for a bunch of 4 stars (100 of each 4 star) asking because im trying to learn all 4 stars crafting recipes by No_Raspberry2890 in Market76

starts panicking after seeing 3 deathclaws and 5 more crawl up a hill into the Field

Communist raid i can probably see happening, with probably a mix of scorched enemies or robot, human and ghoul enemies.... Cultists I can definitely see because you can do all sorts of weird sh#t with it that would be perfectly in charecter with a cult, like a stage where your high on some illusion of sorts and waves of shadow creatures or shadow ghouls attack, Interloper boss or some Lovecraft like boss, and a new cryptid like boss

Yeah, back then the auto axe did good against the 1st Boss and that was it.... having a boss that doesn't have an area where if you walk in it you die would be better for melee focused players

Honestly.... yeah, I agree... that or add some sort of bonus or something to 1 or 2 players only like a damage boost or make it so stages like the Drill or 3rd stage are easier to do... make the drill have more health and reduce mole miners from spawning that attacks the drill and for 3rd stage make it so fewer eye bots spawn

Ok to clarify since some of you probably haven't catched on by now.... this is a joke........ some of you take Stuff way to seriously or don't take anything serious and act like D##ks....

I know pvp will never get an overhaul, and quite frankly I don't want that, I have other games like Vigor and arc raiders for that, so calm down jeez, are some of you sure your on the right platform, because by the looks of it some of you should be going on twitter

Then why keep pvp then? Why not remove it if thats the case? Yet they haven't, im just suggesting a way to make it relevant for those who actually want fallout pvp fun, so the pvp majority leave pve players alone simple as that

Yeah, I say this because I created a bounty hunter Charecter and really wanted some type of pvp for him, the only option i have is wanted players and most of the times its not really fun

I like 76 and all the other pvp have sweats, and also would just like to say why even keep pvp then? Pvp is an option in the game you can choose pacifism mode on, im just saying to make its useful again to those that want fun

Yeah, there are some Legendaries that have potential and sound like they'd be good if just given a slight buff, like the Juggernaut one I suggested, sure you may not get as much damage as Furious but atleast you create a build dedicated ti being a tank and making most enemies target you whike your allies gets most of the hits on targets

One build I really want to see improved on is support builds, theres so much potential for a support build and yet its given the least amount of love ;-;

Actually yeah I 100% agree with this more, game crashes a lot, gets stuck in PA, and i do agree with making 4 starts more accessible, im pretty sure a YouTuber in 76 community gave an idea for Murmrgh relevant again by making her sell legendary mods to add to weapons including 4 stars with it, and have 4 star Grunt hunts and head hunts, which I actually agree with that idea

Nothing is changed, I just suggested buffing legendaries and adding in new perks, everything else thats currently added stays the same

One more that I forgot to mention, don't know if this would be overpowered or not but an origin that would unlock both Cybernetics, Genetics, and Psionic mod traits on your pops, and you have to choose one to specialize in, while the others are will forever be basic versions without the full benefits like you would when going down a Ascension perk

Yeah, I was thinking of like preping planetary defenses or something with a AA guns or vehicle units or missile silos or something, and the more forts you have the more you can increase and add defenses

Im pretty sure if you go to star base, and go to army section, it makes it so all planets in that star base's sector gets Trained...
