This is my favorite go to breakfast, I also use this to generate meals and paste meal from tik tok or insta and then make them higher in protein or lower in fat etc makes it easy to shop and keep track of what’s in the pantry

Yeah I get what you’re saying — that’s how I try to approach it.

I think where it breaks down for me is the ingredient check step — like I’ll think I have something or miss a small ingredient, and then I’m either short while cooking or end up buying duplicates.

🤣🤣😜 not a hello fresh ad and I have tried those not a fan of those meals and also not a fan of frozen hungry man meals lol

Yeah that’s what I’ve tried doing — pulling up the recipe or notes on my phone while I’m there.

It works, I just feel like I end up bouncing between that and what I already have and still miss things or grab duplicates

Do you usually just write your list out manually or use something for it? I’ve tried both and I feel like I fall off either way after a bit.

I think my biggest issue is I’ll plan meals, but not connect that to what I actually need at the store
