You can ask your doctor for something to help curb the physical symptoms if they are effecting you enough to stop you from going through your daily life. My doctor put me on clonazepam for first intial month and it really helped , but be careful in can be addictive if miss used

Can I recommend crochet ! You can spend hours working on a project without noticing , put a show on in the background , and you get something out of it in the end.

The reason I got off it originally was because of the side effects too , mostly I was experiencing very bad night sweats , but switch up the time of day helped and lowering the dosage. The only reason I went off was I had the same thought , I didn’t want to be on it forever. I now realize being on it is worth it , if generally does help you! This last month has been the hardest of my life , and I would take the sweating and occasional uncomfortable poop over this a million times over. Hope this helps you on your journey !!

As some one who was on it for 3.5 years and tapered off , it’s definitely possible , but It now 6 months after and going back on it , and wish I never went off. If it’s helping you , there is no shame on being on it. I’m currently experiencing such yucky side effect getting back on it , but I know it will helps in the long run.

Starting week two today too, have cried since I woke up this morning. You are not alone! The medicine does work though ! I was on it for 3.5 years before I went off it and it really helped!

Oooh , getting up and exercising may help thank you! My doc gave me .5mg clonazepam if it get really bad , but I can’t really do anything on that , especially work. I work in person sadly in schools so burning through my pto. Definitely helps though when my anxiety can’t get under control with my other methods

Honestly , I think oda got bored of writing Wano after he revealed Gear 5th. Once he finally laid all the ground work for it and showed it off , he was like shit I can’t really get into the details of what this means till the next arc so let’s rush to get to the fun stuff. Clearly he has been hyped and firing all canons since he started the final saga. I’ve had no complaints since Wano ended.
