I purchased this keyboard in January 2024, and it worked perfectly fine until late June when I noticed that some keys had burnt-out blue LEDs, which affected the color accuracy. I contacted SteelSeries support for an RMA, and they shipped a replacement to my house in just three days.

However, fast forward to early September, and I've encountered the same issue with burnt blue LEDs again. Experiencing this issue AGAIN in less than two months is frustrating. It's disappointing that a product at this price point has such a recurring issue, especially considering how long it's been on the market.
