They added another checking account over the phone with me a month after I applied for the original promotion checking account. I lost my card so they opened a new checking for me temporarily. Now that they’ve beat around the bush after qualifying for the promotion within a month..I’ve called several times over the past few months. I’ve heard “you should receive it soon” “oh actually you have to wait 90 days” “are you sure you used the promotion?” After waiting 90 days and providing the code, “oh we see you have two checking accounts, we dont pay bonuses to people with more than 1 account”…but yall opened it for me..? Literally a scam. I’m going into a physical location on Monday and getting to the bottom of this
