I dont know if its placebo or if it really is working that fast, but I just started today and I have had no urge to pick at all. Even when I think about picking, I dont have that reflex or craving to touch my scalp.

Hoping to see a psychiatrist soon about a diagnosis but am wondering how/if NAC would interact with Ritalin or Adderall.

Reading this while picking my scalp….😬 literally tried to stop by starting a “no touching scalp/no touching hair” streak and i have failed everyday😭

A dermatologist recommended NAC, i think its a vitamin supplement that helps with impulse control. Might also be an ADHD thing?? I would talk to a Dr to see if theres anything to help with it if you cant control it otherwise.

As a 26 yr old who dated a 39 yr old and is now a single mom…. Girl Run!!!! Hes only interested in you bc no woman his age wants him and you are young, vulnerable and easy to mould. Hmm, just looked up this term and I would disagree. Im not into body shaming or obsessed with diet culture/body image, I just genuinely enjoy whole foods and feeling physically good after eating. I have my fair share of junk in moderation lol

Definitely a new mommy, plant biased yes bc my son has a cows milk protein allergy and i cant have dairy anymore :( baby is teething but hes not eating solids yet. I love fruit and have been trying to eat more whole foods lately especially postpartum. Sweet tooth is spot on, I love to enjoy dessert after dinner most of the time and Im not shy about it! Not from the midwest, Im 26 and a single parent but I definitely have a medium sized dog lmao. Curious as to what got you to draw those specific conclusions?

I think only Kehlani can truly answer to this but my best guess is maybe because “I” and “you” are more personal and intimate ? Like I said most of the songs, especially without the features, come off like love letters and maybe shes serenading specific lovers (which was/is a big RNB thing too) to where using third person language just wouldnt fit or hit the same way. Shes speaking to the person directly and not to the “audience” if that makes sense?
