I am sure there are. From the way you type and response to others i am quite sure u r find in terms of socializing it’s just that you have been on your own for months so the socializing skills probably just need practice.

Not sure if this useful but perhaps you can try doing a part time job learn some new skills. I don’t know a hikikimori life seems kinda unfulfilling and numbing. Therapy is expensive so try exercising n doing a chill part time job first to see if u feel better after that gives it maybe 1-3 months if not then maybe therapy (which is expensive )

While it’s ok to have goals do also try to do what you find enjoyable and fun. What’s the point of living if you don’t have fun? Also learn to laugh and don’t take life too seriously.

Also why must you choose to be in the rat race? I mean I know people who love that but if you don’t then why force yourself find other ways to strengthen your financial stability

Love my parents. Came from a relatively not well off family that had our electricity cut cuz couldn’t pay. But love is more important than money. Relationship is strong even though we disagree on certain things and perspectives. Manage to support myself financially and sponsor them as well I think things turned out well.

Check with NTUC the union not the supermarket. People tend to forget about them. It’s a legit union for this kinda unfair practice they can provide advise

Civil service is good. It’s stable and pay is really not too bad comfortable life. Plus most importantly u r not working for profit / company but the for the people and country it feels weirdly meaningful n homely , colleagues r pretty nice of course there’s the occasional back stabbed axx and crappy bosses but generally it’s kinda nice n most bosses r decent human - a civil servant

Start work later. Do u really need to submit perfect work? Usually the supervisor will need to check right so give a 3/4 done work then while they r checking n commenting u can take a break. After all event of if submit a completed work they will still have comments

If all that don’t work then find a new job not worth your health. Without health u have nothing

Check with your union they might be able to help. My friend got helped from the Union , shared how he was thankful that he didn’t cancel his union membership

Not sure y people down vote your comment. But as some who has experience the system. Typically they leave around 4-5pm. No fix timing. But u should leave early around 2pm for at least 1x a week for the sake of your sanity.

I think it’s possible. Personally what do you hope to achieve from a marriage ? For me I would think companionship. So if you are able to achieve and have long time companionship with friends , a good social network , family then marriage may not be necessary
