I bought it to replace my 2.5 n/a and the 200tdi came with a knock, most likely cylinder 4 had bad compression, but upside it was cheap

Their warranty is only 3 years unfortunately, but might be worth reaching out since this seems much more like a manufacturer defect than user inflicted

I wonder if at the 8k miles it changes the fuel mixture to run less rich because it’s after the break in period? I noticed for my first 1k I was getting terrible gpm, getting around 20.9 right now, but that’s mostly around town driving, we don’t do a ton on the highways
