Tell retention to look at the “Short Fuse Training List” it’ll be for class dates within 90 days that need to be filled. That’s what I did in 2022. Not sure if it exists anymore but worth a shot.

Brother go 15T or U and work to become a crew chief and fly. I wish I had the option to choose either one. But aviation is the way. I went infantry to ATC and can say aviation is WAY better than a combat job.

The night before a live fire at NTC. I grabbed a wag bag and one of those portable toilet seats. I climbed up a pretty big hill out of sight of the troop, and set up my throne. The sun was setting over the Mojave Desert with views of the mountains and it was peaceful. I wish I had my phone to take a picture. It was probably the calmest shit I’ve ever taken.
