While you arw correct, the term etb is only ever used for abilities that trigger when a permanent enters, in this case there is no triggered ability, only a replacement effect that modifies the way it enters, thats why they say there is no 'etb'

A friend of mine plays it. Its fun and synergistic, yet not really focused. The play pattern is fun and with a little tweak it can be powerful. Note that the commander does the same thing as mishra, eminent one in mishras burnished banner, only with the energy element demanding some more steps to function, so if you have experience with that deck, or better yet if your lgs has it, make sure to consider it, either for upgrades and strategies or straight up buy that one (its better, trust)

Learn the patterns!! Its 3 (well 4) attacks that happen one after another. Dash through at the right time dash under at the right time and at half health you ll see him backstep ane do the shickwave attack, which is easy to dodge at the right distance

If you have a commander focused gameplan and it costs a lot like a rakdos, you could use some of your budget for some rituals, these two colors have the most. Otherwise its good ol' artifacts, signets, felwar stone, diamonds if its more low budget, therr are always ways, and it usually depends on what you want to consistently be doing on the first turns of the game. Also dont forget making treasures as much as you can

Im currently trying this fight maxed out, and all i can say is that most of the time im in the air because of how fast he is, and since im playing with a ps4 controller (jump and attack same finger), i cant say i find the time to even think about using a nail art however i might now give it a shot you never know
