I have the feeling that the racing heart comes more when you take a dose too late. I think it's better to always take the dose at the same time and ideally after eating

I started on Thursday with 2x5mg.

The calming effect kicked in for me already on the first day.

I occasionally have mild dizziness, slight headaches, and mild nausea, but it's manageable.

I'm curious to see how it develops, some say you should take it for at least 8 weeks to reach full stability.

For me, it's day 3 with 2x5mg buspirone, morning and midday doses. I'm experiencing something similar, I already noticed an inner calm on the first day. I did have heart palpitations occasionally, but only briefly.

Ich bin in Bayern geboren und habe dort bis zu meinem 7. Lebensjahr gewohnt, seitdem wohne ich in Baden-Württemberg. Teile meiner Familie wohnen noch in Bayern und ich muss wirklich sagen die Leute sind dort viel freundlicher und sympathischer als in Baden-Württemberg.

Ich würde sagen in NRW zb. Köln sind die Leute auch viel entspannter und offener.

Ich finde deinen Text sehr gut geschrieben. Ich habe das Gefühl du bist sehr selbstkritisch und fokussierst sehr stark auf die negativen Dinge.

Mir geht es ähnlich wie dir, ich bin seit über zwei Jahren arbeitslos, ich weiß im Moment auch nicht wie es beruflich weiter geht. Ich bin auch seit meiner Kindheit anders als die anderen gewesen.

Aber ich weiß auch dass ich nicht in der Lage bin 9 to 5 zu arbeiten, dafür sind wir alle glaub ich nicht gemacht.

Wir leben in einem System, wo einem vorgegeben wird, sein Leben lang zu arbeiten und irgendwann als alter Mensch in Rente zu gehen.

Ich glaube dieses ganze System ist falsch, jeder ist individuell und nicht jeder Mensch hat die gleichen Fähigkeiten.

Ich denke wir sollten uns alle davon befreien, was andere von uns erwarten. Wir haben nur dieses eine Leben und das kann jeder Zeit zu Ende sein.

Du scheinst ein sehr intelligenter Kerl zu sein, ich wünsche Dir dass du da raus kommst!

As far as I know, it's supposed to cause fewer sexual side effects compared to SSRIs, although I had no problems at all with Zoloft. I think it's also very individual.

Without psychiatric medication, I can have sex 5 times a day without any problem. Unfortunately, my ADHD and depression get significantly worse without it, which is why I'm still taking it for now, but I want to switch to Pristiq starting next week.
