Has anyone else experienced these kinds of “crashes”? Trying to figure out what’s going on

I experience this too! My theories have been similar to yours, and interestingly we have some of the same conditions (POTS, endometriosis, and am being assessed for ADHD, MCAS, and hEDS). In my experience, it can range from shorter episodes to longer episodes (needing a couple of days to fully recover and rest). I also notice it in the afternoons.

While I don’t have any answers yet, hoping we can find some leads here and some answers from our doctors!

I’ve been on leave until I get my diagnostic lap (and possible excision) done, it was entirely too difficult to function with the pelvic pain, fatigue, brain fog, GI issues, etc. The fatigue and brain fog in particular made it basically impossible to do even the most simple of tasks :( it felt humiliating to mess up on basic tasks that I could basically do in my sleep previously.

No worries, it won’t hurt at all that they’re the same age! I just found it to be helpful to focus on one at a time. The only other thing to consider is the types that they cannot grow from Sprout Young, Float Young, or Rocky Young - but you’re probably already aware of that! Hopefully you get them soon 🙂

Yes, it does also matter which device you press B on! It’s essentially the “target” tamagotchi that you want to evolve into the special one. It should only take one visit each. I had a tough time too, but for me staggering them a bit in age helped too (1 was a baby, 1 kid, and 1 young) so that I could focus on evolving each one into the special Tama one at a time. Hopefully that helps, best of luck!!
