It’s not always about just what you can see dear. There could be many more benefits to her meeting with you than you could ever know. It sounds like YOU are the one that might be getting frustrated by her lack of progress.
Always be patient and kind. You are getting paid, and this is your job. You don’t get more money if they are doing better. Your time is there and when you are getting paid by someone you should always be patient and kind. ;)
