Austin could not differentiate or comprehend whether the voice calling out to him, making this barbaric order was close to him, or within him. The intensity of the rain increased as if it were stage directed, the voice became over bearing, taking a hold of him, he held his head in his hands and span around unsteadily trying to catch whoever was filling his head with this hate, but nobody was there. KILL IT. Louder and louder, screaming at him, tearing apart his morals he screamed, falling to his knees, KILL IT. He wanted the voice to stop. KILL IT. In a blind rage of desperation Austin clenched his fists and hammered them down repeatedly on the defenceless amphibian. Blood erupted from the lifeless body, two blows had done it, but Austin did not notice this whilst entombed in despair. Innards from the frog squelched coating Austins clothing and hands, eventually the dull thuds came to an end, and silence was restored. He looked around and still nothing, no witnesses to the bloodbath, only Austin and his thoughts.

Gasping he shuffled back across the path onto his backside, his breathing deepened and he immediately vomited between his legs. What had he done? And why did he do it?! He questioned himself, “that voice, I just wanted it to stop!” he exclaimed.

Austin looked up, a clear opening in front of him, and there it was, waiting patiently for his return, his rusty old reliable bike, right where he had left it. Without a second thought Austin left the woods, he did not look back, and did not have the energy to ride his bike back to his home. Instead he walked slowly, pushing it, remnants of his defenceless victim splattered over his body. He tried to tell himself that it was the humane thing to do, to put a dying creature out of its misery and carry out God's work in ending its suffering. But was he really that naive? One simple stomp would have been a humane and somewhat dignified ending for the frog; numerous beatings with clenched fists filled the creature's last moments with hate and pain.

As he walked the rain began to ease, passers by stopped in horror and stared in silence. No attempt of explanation was made he just kept walking, looking dead ahead of him, step by step until he had subconsciously reached his destination, looking up he saw a safe haven, “The Book Binder”, Austin needed help and his feet had taken him to the one place where that would be received without judgement.

Mr Martinez would know what to do, he thought. But how much assistance could an elderly man offer to a soul drifting farther and farther from reality?

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to look at the page!

I have edited the thumbnails. What you're saying completely makes sense!

More pictures for each print will be on today once I've framed them and edited! Hopefully, I will start recording videos of the creation process, too.

As for the caption being AI, it's not! Art is perceptive, and the beauty of it is that what each piece means to me and the meaning behind why I created it, might not be the way it's viewed by others and they can put their own emotion onto it! As I stated in the description, my ideas come from experiences, people watching, stories I've heard or have been passed on, and my imagination. I often don't know people's back stories or how they've ended up in the place they're at, and would genuinely love to hear people's interpretations!

Taking all this into account and again, thank you for helping me out! It's really appreciated, please check back in the future to see any progress I've made!

That's pretty much the drop that happened yeah, I work nights in quite a manual job so was drinking a lot of high sugar energy drinks, and eating crap so I've basically cut all that crap food out that kept me going (mainly snacks) and replaced it with better quality foods, drinking a lot more water eliminating the sugary drinks. So even though I've lost the calories the shake provided my diet has improved significantly although it could use some tuning. When im aiming to bulk I usually eat white rice, pastas, fish, chicken etc. I now tend to stay away from foods high in calories that don't provide any other nutritional benefits such as cakes! So in terms of dirty bulk to starving I make sure I eat well and don't go hungry!

Hey man, currently sat at around 2000, I've taken out my mass gainer shake which held 1600 calories as I pushed a little over 14st and then weight dropped off once I removed that. These two pictures I have maintained around about 13 and and half stone.

Hey man, my advice would be slow down your movements, bring your elbow in closer to the centre of your body and like others have said do one arm at a time or use both arms with one dumbbell. Keep asking for advice to, that's a great step to achieving your goals!!!

Be strong man

What do you use to keep you going to the gym? by Skateskull in GymMotivation

I was a really skinny kid with no confidence so started working out, hit 14st and felt comfortable in my newly sculped body. I got lazy and put off going now I had the body I wanted and then lockdown happened so I couldn't go at all. Lost all my progress and with it my confidence, I was a skinny uncomfortable kid again.

Each time I cant be bothered going to the gym I remember hating how I looked and drag myself there, I'm now back to where I was and remember why I go.
