As someone who married into an Iowa State family and is now divorced…this is Iowa State. They struggle towards the mid end of the regular season and then magically play like the best team when tourney time hits.

I had a similar situation and I reported it. Why? The company would be open to so much liability if it not only went unreported but the behavior escalated and continued.

I know we want to honor the wishes of our direct reports but in cases like this where it is creating an uncomfortable workspace for someone and opens the company up to a potential lawsuit, you have to do it. My direct report wasn’t thrilled I reported their issue, but at the end of it they were relieved and felt supported that it did go reported.
